At Golfclubs.com we want you to be happy with every purchase you make with us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the product to us under the following conditions:
Defective Products or Mis-shipments
If you believe you’ve received the wrong item or a defective item, please contact customer service at 1-800-391-9332 or email@example.com. We will make all necessary arrangements to quickly get a replacement item to you and arrange for the incorrect/defective item to be returned to us free of charge.
New and Unused Products
All new and unused products are eligible for a full refund if returned or exchanged within 30 days of original purchase (further exclusions apply to electronics).
All bags, apparel or other accessories must have all of the tags intact and not removed or altered. All shoes must be sent back in the original box and should be sent in an outer box to avoid any damages to the original container. Electronic Devices (GPS, Rangefinders, etc…) can only be returned for full credit if they remain factory sealed.
You may ship the item to us at your expense, or we can provide you with a discounted flat-rate shipping label as long as the return comes from the Continental US.
Individual Clubs: Free return label on request (From Continental US Only)
Electronics, apparel, shoes, accessories: $4.99 flat rate return shipping fee
Oversized items (bags, carts, club sets, etc…): $14.99 flat rate return shipping fee
Electric or battery operated carts have a $75 flat rate return fee
Most used products are eligible for return or exchange for partial credit if returned within 30 days of original purchase.
When a used item is returned to us, we will issue a store credit that can be applied toward any future purchase. The amount of the store credit will be based upon the condition of the returned product.
Lightly Used Individual Clubs typically qualify for full store credit of their purchase price and a free return label.
Lightly Used Bags, Sets, Accessories, Carts, and Electronics typically qualify for a credit up to 50% of their purchase price.
Qualifies for 100% credit:
Only individual golf clubs qualify for this credit level. Clubs must be in excellent condition and have had very limited use. Only limited marks on the sole and face of the club. No blemishes present in the paint or finish and no dings or dents present. Used clubs in poorer condition that this will qualify for a reduced credit.
Qualifies for 50% credit:
Bags, Sets, Carts, and Electronics must be in good, lightly used condition. Clubs may show visible wear on the paint and finish. No dents present.
How to Return Merchandise
- Call us at: 1-800-391-9332 or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- We’ll email you a return label ($4.99 for most items, $14.99 for oversize items). We will deduct this cost from your credit card refund when it is processed.
- Box up your item in its original shipping carton and include your original Packing Slip (or include something with your printed name, address, Golfclubs.com order number, and the reason for the return or exchange).
- Print your Return Label and stick it on the outside the box.
- Take the box to UPS and send it our way.
- Please allow up to 10 business days from the date the product is received at Golfclubs.com for the credit to be reflected on your credit card statement.
If you elect to ship the item yourself, please include a copy of your packing slip and the reason for your return. Wrap the package securely and send it to the following address:

Warranty Claims After 30 Days
We are a fully-authorized dealer for every product we sell. As such, warranty claims after 30 days of ownership are typically the responsibility of the original product manufacturer. We will gladly direct you to the appropriate contact at the manufacturer for warranty support for all of our products.
Warranty information is included with many manufacturer’s products or may be found on their respective websites.
