Good product; good company

I used this watch/GPS for about eight months and had excellent service; the battery on watch mode alone would last over two weeks, and when on GPS mode, it would last longer than 36 holes. It was reasonably accurate and had all the courses I played in it. (That was well over 50 courses in five states.) The recharging cradle is a bit temperamental and shouldn't be forced, but works fine with care. The GPS was easy to use with only a couple of buttons usually needed to play the whole round. The entire instrument quit holding a charge after about eight months; I contacted the company; they gave me instructions for mailing it to their service department; they promptly emailed me to say they got it; then they called me two days later to say they checked it out and that it was unrepairable; they then sent me a whole new watch which I registered with another one year warranty. The service department is fantastic and the company stood behind its product. I do hope the new one lasts longer, but time will tell.
