At Golfclubs.com we want you to be happy with every purchase you make with us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the product to us under the following conditions:
Defective Products or Mis-shipments
If you believe you've received the wrong item or a defective item, please contact customer service at 1-844-989-GOLF or [email protected] We will make all necessary arrangements to quickly get a replacement item to you and arrange for the incorrect/defective item to be returned to us free of charge.
New and Unused Products
All new and unused golf equipment products are eligible for a full refund if returned or exchanged within 30 days of original purchase (exclusions apply to electronics).
All bags or other accessories must have all of the tags intact and not removed or altered. Electronic Devices (GPS, Rangefinders, etc.) can only be returned for full credit if they remain factory sealed.
You may ship the item to us at your expense, or we can provide you with a discounted flat-rate shipping label as long as the return comes from the Continental US. To expedite the process, on occasion we may reship a replacement order prior to physically receiving the return. In the event the mis-shipped merchandise is not returned, customer will be billed for the replacement order, in cluding freight.
- Golf Clubs: Free return label on request (From Continental US Only)
- Electronics and accessories: $4.99 flat rate return shipping fee
- Oversized items (bags, carts, club sets, etc.): $14.99 flat rate return shippin g fee.
Qualifies for 100% credit:
Only golf clubs qualify for this credit level. Clubs must be in excellent condition and have had very limited to no use. No blemishes present in the paint or finish and no dings or dents present. Clubs will be replaced and re-shipped within 5 business days (to allow for custom assembly). Shipping time to your address will take up to an additional 5 business days.
The flat rate return shipping fee (for electronics, accessories, and oversized items) will be applied to your credit card as a re-stocking fee if order is cancelled. Otherwise, if a replacement is requested, your credit card will be reimbursed for this return fee.
How to Return Merchandise
- Call us at: 1-844-989-GOLF or email us at [email protected].
- We'll email you a return label.
- Box up your item in its original shipping carton and include your original Packing Slip (or include something with your printed name, address, Golfclubs.com order number, and the reason for the return or exchange).
- Print your Return Label and stick it on the outside the box.
- Take the box to UPS and send it our way.
- Please allow up to 10 business days from the date the product is received at Golfclubs.com for the credit to be reflected on your credit card statement.
- No COD return shipments will be accepted.
