Dual-Milled Face first passes through the milling operation to ensure a flat face for consistency. Secondary master grooves are then added to assist in forward spin and reduce skid after impact. The arched shape of these secondary grooves imparts a slight side spin on heel and toe impacts, helping to bring the ball back on line. 2. VDP Alignment Technology Visual Plane Differential- or VDP Technology- uses multi-surface markings to help players consistently get their eyes into the correct position directly above the putting target line. 3. Improved Feel A low durometer, soft polymer VRAD grip by Golf Pride wraps a stepless barrel shaft for improved feel and feedback. All putters have 35" shaft. Better Putts
The weight of this putter is a bit heavier than my last putter but I have been able to drive my putts into the hole. I found it easier to align my target line which was a huge help in cutting down strokes in my game.
Great Feedback
I bought the 8882 amazing putter so far, great feedback and fantastic feel at impact, it does suffer on off-center hits a bit though. The heel shafted and toe-weighted design give me that perfect open closed putter shot.
