Our Shipping Policy
At GolfClubs.com all in-stock orders received before 12:00pm PST Monday through Thursday will be shipped within 24 hours. All in-stock orders received Friday after 12:00pm PST through Sunday will be shipped no later than the following Tuesday. Our standard shipping method is UPS Ground. We also offer expedited shipping to ensure you can receive the product you order in the time frame you desire. Drop ship orders will be shipped as soon as the product is available from the manufacturer. Please make sure to check the product description for your estimated shipping and delivery dates. Once your product has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email providing you a tracking number and estimated delivery date. You will receive your confirmation email within 24 hours of shipment. All packages are sent insured so there are no concerns about broken products on arrival. We also proudly ship to our Armed Forces APO/FPO customers! These packages will ship within 24 hours as stated above and will be shipped via USPS. Any order placed with a shipping address that does not match the billing address is subject to verification prior to the order being processed and shipped. This process may cause delays in your order. For items that are shipped from the manufacturer, please allow 3-7 additional days for processing before shipment.
In stock items may ship prior to any backordered or drop shipped items. In the event expedited shipping is selected (Next Day, 2nd Day AIr, 3 Day Select), only the in-stock items will qualify for expedited shipping. All backordered and Drop Shipped items will ship directly from the vendor in accordance with their shipping methods. You will not be billed for any additional shipping unless otherwise stated. International orders will not be sent in separate shipments.
If an item in your order qualifies for a free upgraded shipping method, only the qualifying item will ship with the upgraded method and all remaining items in the order will ship standard ground shipping. If you wish for the entire order to ship with an upgraded shipping method you may call 1-800-391-9332 to speak with a customer service representative for assistance. UPS does are not deliver on weekends, unless you have requested a Saturday delivery. A Saturday delivery adds an additional cost to your shipping method. GolfClubs.com does not ship items on weekends or Holidays (Saturday-Sunday). If you purchase an item on Friday before 12pm PST and you request Next Day Air delivery, the item will be delivered the following Monday - unless you request Next Day Saturday Delivery as stated in the previous paragraph.
All orders being shipped to a hotel or resort must pass our verification process prior to shipment. This process may delay the shipment of your order. The customer assumes all responsibility for the order once it has been delivered to the specified hotel/resort. Alaska, Hawaii & International Orders
Alaska, Hawaii and Countries outside the 48 contiguous U.S. states are excluded from receiving free shipping due to transit rates. International customers will be responsible for payment of any applicable duties at the time an order arrives at its destination. You must contact your local Department of Commerce for any duty and taxes that may be added. GolfClubs.com orders only include the cost of the item and the shipping. Any duty or taxes may be added at the time of delivery.
Because of increased Internet fraud, we are requiring proof of card ownership for ALL NEW International orders. Before we process any NEW INTERNATIONAL ORDERS the customer must pass our verification process. This process may delay the shipment of your order. Please contact customer service with any questions. At the time your order is shipped you will receive a UPS/FEDEX Shipment Notification via email. A link is provided in this notification that you can use to track the delivery of your order. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to be fully available. We suggest that you save this email until your order is fully received. If you do not have access to this email, you may also contact a GolfClubs.com Customer Service Representative at 1-800-391-9332. You can also track your order on the UPS web site.
Item Availability
Most items shown on GolfClubs.com will be in stock and available for immediate shipment. However, when an item is not available in-stock it will be clearly stated on the product purchase page notifying you that it will ship directly from the manufacturer. This will occur prior to adding the item to your shopping cart. If an item is shipping from the manufacturer, the estimated delivery date can be viewed within the shopping cart after entering the postal code for the location to where the product will be shipped. Exceptions and Exclusions
Golfclubs.com reserves the right to limit or refuse the return of certain merchandise, such as but not limited to special or custom orders, custom clubs, assembled or altered components, personalized items and eletronics(e.g. GPS, Rangefinders, software, etc.). Free goods received as part of a promotional offers or a sale are not eligible for exchange or return. Used merchandise may also be refused. Prices and availability are subject to change without notice. Errors will be corrected where discovered, and GolfClubs.com reserves the right to revoke any stated offer and to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions including after an order has been submitted and whether or not the order has been confirmed and your credit card charged. If your credit card has already been charged for the purchase and your order is cancelled, GolfClubs.com will issue a credit to your credit card account in the amount of the charge. Individual bank policies will dictate when this amount is credited to your account.
