Return Policy
At Golfclubs.com we want you to be happy with every purchase you make with us. If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase you may return the product to us under the following conditions:
New or unused product returns:
Product must be returned within 30 days of purchase date. Since the product has not been used you are entitled to a full refund of the purchase price. All bags, apparel or other accessories must have all of the tags intact and not removed or altered. All shoes must be sent back in the original box and should be sent in an overbox to avoid any damages to the original container. Any returned items that do not meet this criteria are subject to a restocking fee. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. To set up a return please call 1-800-391-9332.
Used product returns:
Product must be returned within 30 days of the purchase date. Once you have used the product it is no longer considered new and will not qualify for a refund of the purchase price. Instead, we will issue a store credit that can be used toward any other purchase. The amount of the store credit will be a percentage of the original purchase price based upon the condition of the product that was returned. Only individual golf clubs qualify. All bags, carts, apparel, shoes, electronic devices or other accessories cannot be returned once they have been used. Customers are responsible for the return shipping charges. Holiday Return Policy
During the holiday season, we realize that many purchases are gifts, and we will allow returns of items purchased from November 1st through December 25th until January 31st.
30-Day Golf Club Playability Guarantee
We offer an exclusive, 30-Day Playability Guarantee on individual club purchases (ie. Driver, Hybrid, Putter...). Full clubs sets, iron sets, electronic devices and custom orders are excluded. Purchase and try out any single club for up to 30 days. If you are not completely satisfied, return a lightly used club for a store credit toward another purchase. The amount of the store credit will be a percentage of the original purchase price based upon the condition of the product that was returned. On orders that originally received free shipping, the actual shipping charges for the returned items will be deducted from the total of the refund.The 30-Day Golf Club Playability Guarantee can be used one time on new products purchased. How to Return Merchandise
To return an item to our warehouse we encourage you to reuse your original shipping carton. Please include a copy of your packing slip and the reason for your return. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a separate piece of paper containing your printed name,address, Golfclubs.com order number, and the reason for the return or exchange. Wrap the package securely and send it to the following address:

Please note the customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. On orders that originally received free shipping, the actual shipping charges for the returned items will be deducted from the total of the refund. Once your return is received and inspected by our returns department a refund will be issued to the original form of payment used at the time of purchase. Please note, depending upon processing time it may take 7-10 business days from the date the product was received at Golfclubs.com for the credit to be reflected on your account.
Item Mis-Shipment
In the case that an item is delivered to you and it is not the item that was ordered, please contact customer service at 1-800-391-9332. We will make all necessary arrangements to get the correct item to you and arrange for the incorrect item to be returned to us.
Electronic Devices
Electronic devices (GPS, Rangefinders, etc...) can only be returned if they are unopened and remain sealed. If the product is unopened and returned within 30 days of purchase you will receive a full refund or exchange on the product. On orders that originally received free shipping, the actual shipping charges for the returned items will be deducted from the total of the refund. The customer is responsible for all return shipping charges. Once the product is opened it cannot be returned. However, within 30 days of purchase, If the product is determined to be defective we will exchange the item for an identical model. After 30 days from the date of purchase, all warranty service is provided through the product manufacturer in accordance with their policies and procedures.
Warranty Claims/Defective Returns
Warranty claims are subject to the discretion of the original product manufacturer. Warranty information is included with many manufacturer’s products or may be found on their respective websites. Any Defective product may be returned anytime while under the manufacturer’s warranty period.
