Returns and Exchanges
We offer a 30 day satisfaction guarantee on all of the products we sell so that any unused product that you purchase maybe be returned to us for refund or credit. Golf clubs that have been lightly used may be returned under our '30-Day Playability Guarantee', the terms of which are outlined below. Electronic devices such as GPS units and rangefinders can not be returned once the factory sealed box has been opened.
If you are not satisfied with a product you have purchased from us, return it back to us for a full refund, exchange or store credit. Please keep all packing materials and send the product back to us in new condition in the complete original packaging. No return authorization number is necessary. Just ship it back to us with a note indicating how you'd like us to handle the return (store credit or refund to your credit card).
2011/12 Holiday Return Policy
During the holiday season, we realize that many purchases are gifts and we will allow returns of items purchased from November 1st through December 25th, 2011 until January 30, 2012.

For golf clubs, we offer an exclusive, 30-Day Playability Guarantee. Purchase and try out any single club for up to 30 days and if you are not completely satisfied, return it in lightly used condition for a store credit toward another purchase. Applies to all ship-from-stock standard golf club orders. Custom order clubs (custom grips, engraving, shaft lengths, special order items) and complete iron or club sets are excluded.
